At BossBabe, we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing, we’re more than happy to assist with an exchange to help you find the perfect fit.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that sale items and intimates are final sale and intimates are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Change Of mind?
If you change your mind or wish to exchange for a different size, you can return your item for an Exchange or Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.
You have 14 days from delivery of your order to initiate a return
The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item.
We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns
We offer the option to exchange the product or receive a Gift Card as Store Credit
Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Pre-order purchases vary and can take up to 2-3 weeks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Australia:Standard shipping (2-5 business days) Express shipping (1-2 business days)
New Zealand:Standard shipping (6-10 business days) Express shipping (2-4 business days)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International shipping is available at checkout.

Email info@bossbabelabel.comto update your details, however if your item has already been shipped for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.
Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post (13 76 78)
International orders are sent with UPS (1800 742 5877)
